Boot Camp - Fitness

BOOT CAMP GET F.I.T.

Decrease your body fat and increase your metabolism in this high intensity program. You will participate in running, agility drills, weight training and more. GLIDING - THE SUPREME
TOTAL-BODY WORKOUT

Glide your way through the newest craze in fitness. Glides allow an innovative sliding motion to engage your muscles, through a full range to strengthen and lengthen your major muscle groups of your entire body. You will sculpt shapely legs, tone your inner and outer thighs, decrease your hip size and firm and lift your buttocks. This class will also include a traditional cardio workout. BELLY DANCING FOR FITNESS

This program — which is suitable for all body types, both sexes and all ages — will make you sweat. Belly dancing offers serious cardio and full-body toning targeting the upper arms, the core abdominal muscles, the hips and the thighs. Other benefits include weight loss, increased flexibility, improved posture and less stress. The beginning class will teach you the basics and will include high-energy original dance routines. The intermediate/advanced class will take you to the next level with even more challenging dance techniques. This class will also include instruction for finger cymbals and veils (students must provide their own). No prior dance training is necessary. Please wear any comfortable workout attire.

Improve your endurance, strength, and flexibility, while learning fun and challenging contemporary dance combinations such as hip hop, jazz, and lyrical. STRIDING WITH STROLLERS:
STROLLER FITNESS

Parents, grandparents, caregivers and babies can join us for a healthy and fun workout. Challenge yourself with instructor led brisk walks, organized exercises & stretches that will gradually increase in difficulty. Strollers will be integrated into all of the workouts. Boost your energy, gain strength and endurance, bond with your baby and other parents. Class will be held outdoors at the Centennial track and parking lot, except for cases of inclement weather.
