Fundamentals such as line, design, color, value, perspective and composition are covered in this introductory class. Students will work with a variety of media such as pencils, pastels, watercolor markers, oil pastels and scratch boards. Note: Supplies are included. No class Aug. 4

THE DRAW SQUAD

Watch out for the “DRAW” Squad! Our pencils are our weapons and our keen vision is our secret power! Kids will learn the basic drawing techniques and will unveil the secrets of basic perspective and the power of the lline! They will be amazed how cartooning and creating the illusion of space will come alive in their sketchbooks. Each student will have a sketchbook and will work in pencil, pen and markers.

SCRAPBOOKING FOR KIDS

Bring some pictures and other favorite items and let’s make a scrapbook. Participants must bring their own scrapbook to work on and memories to put in the books. Some materials provided, but your welcome to bring your own.
