Never know what treasure you can make out of recyclable items found in your recycle bin. Each class will use a different recycled item to transform it into art.

FUSED GLASS DECORATING

Learn how to cut and fuse glass pieces and turn them into lovely pieces of jewelry. Now you can create the kind jewelry you have admired in craft fairs and department ores. Absolutely no experience is necessary. Everyone will go home with at least two finished pieces. Each person will have their own packet of various kinds of glass, including that sparkly dichroic. Assorted bails and finishing pieces can be purchased in class at wholesale cost.

DECORATIVE & FUNCTIONAL POTTERY CLASS

Learn to create beautiful decorative and useful pottery using hand-building techniques (slab, mold, coil) and throwing techniques on the potter's wheel. Learn to glaze and finish your pieces so that you will be proud to display in your home or give as a gift. No experience is necessary all are welcome to enjoy a very relaxing and self-satisfying craft.

MORE THAN JUST PAINTING

Artists of all levels are welcome to explore the basic elements of design, color and composition as they express themselves on canvas. Bring several photo references on the first day and be ready to paint. Participants will have their choice of working in acrylics or oils. NOTE: Supplies are not included. Pick up supply list when registering for class. No class 3/30.
