SEMI-PRIVATE SMALL
GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Achieve your fitness goals faster and meet new friends in an economical manner! For only about $16 per session, (member rate) work with a personal trainer in this small group setting. Maximum trainer ratio is 4:1 with a minimum of only 2:1 so you will receive special attention. Register individually. If you have a group, and the times work for you, register as a group, but pay individually. Training sessions meet twice per week for two weeks. Participants are limited to the scheduled personal trainer (same trainer for all 4 sessions). Child care is available. The February 14 (Valentine’s Day) training session will be held on Wednesday, February 15. Register individually.

BELLY DANCING FOR FITNESS

This program — which is suitable for all body types, both sexes and all ages — will make you sweat. Belly dancing offers serious cardio and full-body toning targeting the upper arms, the core abdominal muscles, the hips and the thighs. Other benefits include weight loss, increased flexibility, improved posture and less stress. The beginning class will teach you the basics and will include high-energy original dance routines. The intermediate/advanced class will take you to the next level with even more challenging dance techniques. This class will also include instruction for finger cymbals and veils (students must provide their own). No prior dance training is necessary. Please wear any comfortable workout attire. No class 5/30.

Boot Camp - Fitness

BOOT CAMP GET F.I.T.

Decrease your body fat and increase your metabolism in this high intensity program. You will participate in running, agility drills, weight training and more. Note: For beginners and those who prefer a less intense workout, the beginning class is recommended. Child care is available. No class 5/30. 20764 begins on Wed., 2/9. No class Mon. 2/14.

SWIM CONDITIONING

This class is perfect for those individuals looking for an advanced form of exercise, for those who or looking to train for competitions, or those who are just looking to improve swimming through an instructor-led program. The class focus will be on conditioning and proper form. Benefits include a leaner body, a stronger core, better metabolism, and increased muscle capacity. Prerequisites: Under 18 - pass Level 6 Swim Program at the Addison Park District or have swim team experience. 18 and over -some swim or athletic experience. Childcare is available.

BODYCOMBAT

This is an empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYCOMBAT™ class is produced every three months with new music and choreography. Childcare is available.

DANCE FOR FUN AND FITNESS

Improve your endurance, strength, and flexibility, while learning fun and challenging contemporary dance combinations such as hip hop, jazz, and lyrical. The dance styles will be geared toward the preference of the class. The participants will choose which types of dance to focus on! No previous dance experience necessary. No class 11/27.
