This program — which is suitable for all body types, both sexes and all ages — will make you sweat. Belly dancing offers serious cardio and full-body toning targeting the upper arms, the core abdominal muscles, the hips and the thighs. Other benefits include weight loss, increased flexibility, improved posture and less stress. The beginning class will teach you the basics and will include high-energy original dance routines. The intermediate/advanced class will take you to the next level with even more challenging dance techniques. This class will also include instruction for finger cymbals and veils (students must provide their own). No prior dance training is necessary. Please wear any comfortable workout attire. No class 5/30.

This class is perfect for those individuals looking for an advanced form of exercise, for those who or looking to train for competitions, or those who are just looking to improve swimming through an instructor-led program.
