KIDS KARATE CLUB

Want to be a Karate Kid? You can with the Karate Club Program. This progressive martial arts program teaches the basics in Karate, self defense, sparring and safety. This high energy program is specifically designed for children ages 4-14. Parents may participate with their child at no additional cost as part of our Parent Helper Program. Family involvement and respect are key elements, and children are encouraged and motivated to do their best in all aspects of their lives. KIDS’ BOXING CLUB

Learn all the techniques involved with the sport of boxing. This class will teach you the basics of; offense, defense, balance, coordination and punch combinations. Boxing will give you a great work out along with teaching self defense. Class on 2/18 and 4/15 will be held in the gymnasium.
